Life doesn’t look or feel the way you wish it did.

If you’re feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward, my goal is to help you uncover what’s holding you back, heal the underlying roots of shame, disappointment, and loss, and begin to believe again in the possibility of a brighter, more fulfilling future.

  • Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck and unsure how to move forward. These experiences can be a sign that your mind, body, and soul need attention and care. In therapy, you can learn how to process your emotions in a healthy way, reduce overwhelm, and take meaningful action steps toward healing and growth.

With the right support, it’s possible to move forward with greater clarity, emotional balance, and confidence.

  • Or maybe you’re feeling anxious, angry, or emotionally overwhelmed. You may be able to take action, but anxiety and anger continue to disrupt your sense of peace and calm. In therapy, you can learn how to regulate your emotions, understand the root causes of anxiety and anger, and develop healthy coping skills.

Together, we’ll work on building emotional awareness, befriending your emotions without shame, and uncovering the deeper insight they hold—so you can heal emotional wounds and respond with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.

  • You may be experiencing emotional triggers rooted in past trauma or unresolved grief. Unprocessed trauma and grief can quietly impact your relationships, career, spiritual life, and overall well-being.

In trauma-informed therapy, you can begin healing the pain of the past—not to forget it, but to process it, gain insight, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional freedom. With the right support, lasting healing and meaningful change are possible.

I’m Rachel.

I believe you deserve relief from pain and hope for healing.

If you’re feeling disconnected in your relationships, overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or spiritually depleted—you’re not alone.

These experiences can leave you feeling isolated, stuck, and uncertain about where to turn next. In therapy, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can process your story, identify areas of pain, and begin to envision meaningful next steps. Together, we’ll work toward healing and help you move forward with renewed clarity, connection, and hope for a brighter future.

How I can help

I specialize in therapy for lasting change.

  • Relationships play a powerful role in both how we experience pain and how we heal. If you’re struggling with relationship challenges, attachment wounds, or communication issues, therapy can help. In our work together, we’ll explore your attachment style and how early relational experiences shape your current relationships. Using attachment-based therapy and psychoeducation, you’ll gain practical tools to improve communication, build healthier relationships, and create emotional safety, connection, and lasting change.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps you heal from trauma, anxiety, PTSD, painful memories, and deeply rooted negative beliefs. By activating full-brain processing, EMDR targets the emotional and cognitive blocks that keep you stuck, allowing your brain to reprocess distressing experiences in a healthier, more adaptive way.

EMDR therapy helps you move beyond survival-based reactions and reconnect with a sense of personal strength, safety, and emotional freedom. Many clients experience faster breakthroughs with EMDR because it addresses the root causes of emotional pain—supporting long-term healing, resilience, and lasting change.

  • If you’re experiencing disconnection, loneliness, or a loss of direction in your spiritual life, it may be a sign that it’s time to gently explore what’s contributing to that distance. Spiritual struggles, faith crises, and spiritually dry seasons are more common than many realize—and they don’t mean you’ve failed.

In Christian counseling and faith-based therapy, a renewed and authentic connection with God can become a meaningful part of healing from life’s challenges, grief, anxiety, or trauma.

Through spiritually integrated therapy, you can begin to reconnect with your faith in a way that feels emotionally grounding, honest, and aligned with your values—supporting both your mental health and your spiritual growth.

  • Your therapy journey is unique, and your treatment should be too. I offer individualized therapy using an integrative, evidence-based approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This approach is effective for treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

By combining the most effective tools from these proven therapy modalities, we’ll work together to address emotional challenges, promote healing, and help you build clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
